Limitation of Liability:In no event shall VConnect be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to use the App and Card.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Country. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Country.
